Dear George - Congratulations on growing your business. I hear you have expanded alot since you did our roof back in 2002.
We ordered our windows back in early March 2005 and I have been in contact with John Garofalo over the past week to find out that the Harvey windows we ordered are in. I believe John spoke to the "Operations Manager" today to confirm that Olympic will start our job on Monday.
Olympic is scheduled to install 8 windows on the second story of our house as well as install new interior frame work. When speaking with John he told me the job should take 2-3 days to complete. I did ask John if the people who perform the work will complete the job in 2-3 consecutive days, and John assured me they would. Meaning the will come three days in a row and not leave us hanging in between.
The work that we had done on our roof with Olympic went seamlessly, we did not have one problem with anything. We were very happy with the work on the roof as well as the prompt reply's we received from you if we had a question.
